One of One Estate Company builds estates in Paradise Valley that will never be repeated. Each begins with a singular site on a mountain, is drawn by the finest hands in the Valley, and is furnished and completed as a finished work — then recorded in the Catalogue, where it stays.
Every estate we build is a one of one.
Current Work
Two estates are in construction, each on its own timeline. The Otium breaks ground in October 2026 and completes in October 2028. The Pardis breaks ground in September 2027 and completes in October 2029. Each leaves our hands furnished and complete on the day the keys change hands.
Principles
The site comes first
We build only on singular ground — a mountain's shoulder, a promontory, a view no other property holds — and the house is drawn to the land, never the reverse.
The hundred hands
Each estate is the work of the finest architects, designers, and craftsmen in the Valley, and each is named in the estate's record. The house carries their names; the company keeps them.
Furnished and complete
An estate leaves our hands finished — every room furnished, every light set, every stone placed. A finished work, not a project.
The withdrawal
On the day of closing the house becomes its owner's, and we step back. One thing of ours remains: the 1/1, set in bronze at the threshold.
